12:00-1:15-Pre-Parade at Harry T’s. 1:30-2:00-Parade Check-In and Start Decorating (AJ’s Seafood & Oyster Bar Parking Lot, near the Boat Barn, ‘Group B’). Park at Harborwalk Village or the Public Lots across from AJ’s (AJ’s pk lot closed). 3:35-ALL-Participants Parade/Safety Briefing. 4:00-Parade starts. BYO Beads and Bubbles!!
