Beach Clean-Ups 2010 

Come join us as we continue the Parrothead tradition of leaving our beaches a little cleaner than we found them. Once again we will have 4 organized beach clean-ups. The dates for this year are:

May 15 

June 19 

August 7 

September 11 

 

We start at 9:30 am. The beach area we clean is the same as past years. It is on Okaloosa Island and is beach walk number 2. Turn down Santa Rosa Blvd, go about 3/4 of a mile and beach walk number 2 is on your left just after The Breakers condo. I supply bags but bring your own gloves if you wish. 

Once we complete the clean up, which usually takes only about 1/2 hour, we then have a great beach party like only the Parrotheads can! Bring your favorite cold beverage, some snacks, your sunscreen and a chair. If you play the guitar, bring it too. Also bring your friends as this is a great way for them to get to experience Parrotheads doing what we do best…Party with a Purpose! 

What better way to enjoy the beaches we get to enjoy year round than to make sure they are clean and then have a big party!!!!
